MARACA Small Candle

The MARACA Candles are composed of a blend of the finest quality fragrance oils and natural soy waxes for a better fragrance throw and a truly decadent feel. Enjoy up to 80-90 hours of burn time with six luxurious scents to choose from. The wicks used are cotton and waxed so that they remain upright when the candle melts during burning. Each candle is exclusively handcrafted in New Zealand and treated with the utmost care.

Bourgeons De Cassis Scent
Bourgeons De Cassis is inspired by the century-old region of Burgundy in east-central France, where "The Earth Is In Love". It is renowned for its blackcurrant, evoking pleasant memories of bud picking in the middle of a harsh winter. Floral fruity notes of blackcurrant buds, geranium and chamomile blend with Bulgarian rose and violet with a fragrant jasmine base. Vibrant and verdant.

Marrakesh Scent
The historic Moroccan city is a riot of sights, smells and tastes. A balsamic spicy fragrance inspired by the lute music and spices, with an oriental combination of spicy and warm scents of ginger, clove buds, cinnamon and aniseed. A modern velvety classic.

Oud Saffron Scent
Oud Saffron is dedicated to the ancient Arab culture and art inspired by medieval Arabic tales from 1001 nights. Its woody spicy composition opens with citrus drops of bergamot, spiced with pink pepper and pimento. Notes of saffron, cinnamon and atlas cedar in the heart create harmony accompanied by dark, deep accords of Indian oud, vetiver and patchouli.

Roseraie Scent
Named in honour of the French word for rose garden, the beauty of Roseraie is awash with freshness and youth. An unabashedly floral-fruity and energetic bouquet, it is made complete with the addition of the sweetest of top notes in the form of violet and blackcurrant.

Sevillian Neroli Scent
Created in honour of the historic Jardines del Generalife in Alhambra, Spain, this eponymously named scent is evocative of the famous gardens' ambience during the warm summer months. This citrus bouquet begins with base notes of vetyver, cedarwood and sandalwood to reflect the gardens' exotic history. Middle notes of cinnamon, geranium and cloves lift the fragrance for a lighter mood than its predecessor, whilst top notes directly reference summer with plum, bitter orange, neroli and yellow citrus lemon making for a clean, fresh scent.

Velvet Noir Scent
A woody aromatic fragrance that exudes elegance representing a contrast between fresh and rich aromas, Velvet Noir is announced as the scent of pure instinct and also the most sophisticated of all of Maraca's offerings. Warm base notes of patchouli, Haiti vetyver, ambrette seeds and white musk mix with Egyptian jasmine, amyris and Texas cedarwood to create a feeling of pure luxury, whilst a top note of Indian pepper ensures that Velvet Noir unravels with a subtle and mysterious finish.

Candle Care

Please follow these guidelines to ensure that you get the best from your candles while staying safe.
Read and follow the manufacturers use and safety instructions carefully. Unless otherwise indicated only burn for 3 hours at a time. Always place your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets and never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Burn your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, to keep the flame as steady as possible. Long wicks can cause a high flame and potential flaring so trim the wick to 6mm each time before burning. If the flame becomes too high, extinguish and let cool, then trim the wick.
Never leave burning candles unattended and avoid burning the candle to the end. Discontinue using when 1cm of wax remains. If you like to group candles, always make sure they are at least 8cm apart when burning, otherwise they can create their own draft and cause the flames to flare up.
Warranty

This product is covered for residential use by a 2 year limited warranty.
Warranty covers breakage or failure due to materials or manufacturing defect. Failure from, but not limited to, misuse, unauthorised repair, general wear and tear, or natural characteristics of materials used are excluded from warranty cover.
