Warranty Policy

Bradfords guarantees to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect, provided the defect does not result from normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the materials used. This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes, and your furniture must be cared for according to the care instructions provided.

Please note that fabrics supplied by the customer are not included under this warranty. This warranty is in addition to the rights granted by the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Act 1993.
