What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment in cash, direct bank transfer, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, and Zip. All payments are in NZD. Please note goods will not be dispatched until full cleared payment has been received.

Will my payment details be secure?

Yes. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure that others can't access your credit card information on our website, we recommend that you sign out of your account and close your browser window when you've finished your visit, especially if you're sharing a computer with someone else, or you're using one in a public place.

When purchasing from Bradfords Interiors your payments are passed through a secure server using the latest 128 bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128 bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard.

What is the returns process?

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described and are different to the product purchased on the website.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse but if upon delivery the goods are damaged or defective please let us know. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you.

What happens after I place my order online?

After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If any of your items are out of stock or we are unable to process payment, we will contact you within two business days of receiving your order. After your order is processed and ready for dispatch we will notify you by email and/or phone and make appropriate delivery arrangements with you.

How do I see my order information once I've placed my order?

 A confirmation email with your order information will be sent to your email address.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Can the online store hold an item for me?

We are not able to hold products through our online store. 

My order status is now showing as suspended. Why?

Occasionally, product availability may make it necessary for us to suspend your online order.

We endeavour to have product information on our website as up to date and accurate as possible. However, sometimes due to popularity and the speed with which a product is sold, we cannot always guarantee that an item will be available when trying to fulfil your online order.An email will be sent to you when an order is suspended. This email will notify you what portion of your order we were not able to fulfil. 

Do all lamps conform to NZ standards?

All lamps and light fittings conform to New Zealand specifications for domestic use. All lamps are fitted with a NZ plug.

What if I have missing parts in my order?

If you think you haven’t received all the parts you should have, please give us a call on (09) 525 5823 so we can arrange for the part to be sent to you.

Can Bradfords help me with decorating my home?

How does a 'Wishlist' work?

The “Add to Wishlist” function creates a personalised list of your favourite items. If you would like to save your list for viewing later or on another device, log-in and your wishlist will be there when you next log in. 
 

The item I want to purchase says ‘low stock’ online. Is it available?

An item marked "Low Stock" online currently as very limited availability. There may be more stock on the way and our Interior Consultants are more than happy to answer any questions on stock availability.

Will Bradfords sell or rent my information to other companies?

No. We take your privacy seriously. Your information will not be shared with third parties with the exception of freight and delivery arrangements of purchases as appropriate. Please see the Privacy section of our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Where can I purchase items from Bradfords Interiors?

You can buy our furniture online or at the Bradfords Interiors showroom located on the corner of Great South Rd and Rockfield Rd.

We are also happy to accept orders by telephone. Please contact the showroom for further details.

Can I view all the items on the website in the showroom?

You are always welcome at our large showroom to view a very wide range of our products. Due to the size of the range you will not find our entire product range on display. Please ask one of our Interior Consultants who will be pleased to help and advise you – there will even be more options available than we have online.

Can I order items in different colours than those displayed on the website?

Often yes, but this will vary according to the product. Please contact us to check specific models.

Should I measure things up before I come in or purchase items?

It is always helpful to measure your room – and the entrance to your home and the way in to the room. Please note doorways, walkways and windows as this will influence the flow and potential suggestions made.

Can I get someone to assemble my furniture for me?

Most of our furniture is assembled, but we can often arrange to have someone put everything together for you depending on where you live. Just ask when you’re buying your furniture or give us a call on (09) 525 5823.

Can I physically view your products?

Yes, of course. We have large showroom where you can view our fantastic range of furniture and homewares. If an item is not on the floor it may be able to be viewed by appointment at our warehouse in Onehunga. If you are interested in a particular product please call to confirm where it can be viewed.

Bridal / Gift Registry?

Bridal or Gift registries can be set up on request. Please contact the showroom. Bradfords offers a Gift Fund service that your guests can contribute to. You can then spend the proceeds on something that’s perfect for you.
